My Daring FTC Guide
My Fall Dare: Increase Muscle Definition + Consistency with Meals
I’m daring me 2 step outside my CZ these are the Steps I’ll take:
1- Get consistent with my meal plan; making easy supportive meals, by eating the same thing for 5 days in a row except dinner of course! Work yummy meals into a rotation for consistency.
2- Begin to use my pull-up bar & continue with push-ups w/bands for upper body strength.
3- Before workout visualization to achieve muscles on Fire after WO! = Workouts 2 Failure!
4- (I’m a visual person = vision Board) Update my Board with new Dares!
5- Set ridiculously easy goals each week & Reward at the end of the week to celebrate small wins!
1- 10 week Challenge is longer than I’m used to. (my longest challenge so far is 6 weeks)
2- Getting overwhelmed from focusing too much on the future.
3- Birthdays & hubby’s Favorite holiday Halloween!!!
Solutions to Obstacles
1- Plan! Plan! Plan! Follow thru with Plans & Reward myself every week!!!
2- Meal prep day every week On Thursday & enjoy the process!!!
3- Prepare for when setbacks happen write down what happened and move on from them.

2- Consistency with workouts
3- Keeping a journal & reflecting
1- Upper Body Strength
2- Consistency with EASY supportive meals
3- Getting motivated on the Week I’m off of work
At the end of the challenge I plan to reward myself with a relaxing day at the Red Mountain Spa!
