I feel like I've been MIA online, Guess that I've been busy living life offline!
Oh yes & I forgot 2 mention I Did paint my toes:
I've done pretty good this week with following my supportive eating plans. I did skip IT after WOM B, Halo's were a bit intense for me I used my 25lb KB & I probably should have used my smaller one. I pulled my neck a little not to bad though. (Lesson Learned) However, I luv how my abs feel after this WO! I also learned My week side is my left side
(HMMMmm now if I could just balance them out)
Reflecting on Week # 2
My week started strong it had all the makings of a good week. What I didn't plan on:
1- Getting injured
(not the workout failure that I meant LOL)
2- My Increased appetite
3- Resisting workouts to let my body recover (in the past I might have just ignored it & powered through, I'm so glad I listened to what my body needed this time)
This is why Holly consistently warns us about why MORE IS NOT BETTER!!!
My Explosion this week: I hadn't realized I did this until looking back at the pics I took of the food I ate.
I'm so aware of the consequences of my actions
(sugar is so addicting, & the side effects are terrible)
I can't figure out why I had such a huge spike in my appetite. I don’t think it was from cutting back my workouts. It could have been from not getting enough protein this week, lack of PWOS or too much sugar. (& yes these are excuses & I’m just troubleshooting them)
I could have continued on this pattern, but I looked back at why I'm doing this. I got BOT on Sunday! This is what I ate:
